OF SUCCESS...
My trainer Alan has been
absolutely amazing! In my case, I thought that getting in
shape meant that I was going to have to go through a boot
camp. I definitely didn't think that a male trainer would
be able to help me with my goals, because he wouldn't
have the understanding of a woman's needs. I was wrong!
Alan has helped me lose 64 pounds and has helped me stay
on track the entire way.
I started off doing once per week,
because I felt that I was a self motivator and I just needed
the basic jump start. I wasn't getting the best
results, so I started doing three times a week. I still
think that I'm a self motivator, but Alan helps me take it
to the next level. I started out doing shoulder presses
with 5 pound dumbbells and I would be winded by the end of
my set. Now I workout with my trainer. I not only have
a great trainer, but also a great friend.
